• Can you tell me the dimension of the faucet between the wall and the furthest point from the wall( wall to on off handle) when the faucet arm is in the retracted position.

• Some of the reviews have mentioned difficulty getting the end of the hose out of the hook. Can anyone share more about this issue - Does it require both hands to take the hose out of the hook every time? How tightly is it clipped in? I know some pull-down sinks like this have counterweights to make it easier to clip and unclip - Does this have that feature?
