I have emailed the installation instructions to you, kindly have a check. The instructions are typical guides but steps are still applicable. All mounting hardware are included, your plumber just needs to do the plumbing connection, the plumbing pipes are not included. The concealed plumbing pipes ( not included ) to connect the mixer valve to the main water supplies and also between the parts need to be built by your plumber. Hi, just wondering if this rough in has water pressure balance in it so when someone is flushed toilet, won't change the water temperature for the shower.

I am sorry that this shower set comes with a standard shower valve without scald prevention feature. If you prefer scald prevention feature, we could help to upgrade the shower valve to thermostatic shower valve which can blend hot water with cold water to ensure constant, safe shower outlet temperatures and prevent the user from scalding.
So if you want to upgrade to the thermostatic valve, please kindly get back to us, we will then advise more details, price difference and guide you how to proceed.
Do you need 3 different holes in the wall for plumbing to use this kind of set up? Right now I have 2 holes in my shower. One at the top for the shower head and one down below where the faucet would go. Would I need a 3rd one for the wand set up? Posted On: 3/3/2017 By: Christina Bond

Sorry for any inconvenience. The size of the square rain shower head is 8"/200mm. Does this system have a tub faucet to just fill a bath tub and not have the showers on at the same time?
