- What is custom product service?
We can make any item that we have not built or designed before. These can be items ranging from a simple end table to an elaborate bedroom suite. With custom item you pick the size, color, style, material, and hardware etc. Some of the items may catch our attention and we will turn them into production items, but that doesn't mean that all pieces will be the same. Each time we build one we will change something to improve its price, style, or the way it functions.
- How long will I receive a quote?
We will get back to you within 24-48 working hours. (Except all major holidays)
- What is the next step after the quote?
Look it over and make sure everything is correct. If you are happy with it, email us back letting us know, we'll help you to place the custom order.
- How long does it take to get something built?
Most of the time it takes 4-8 weeks. If you need a current lead time or a rush quote, let us know by using our quote form.
- How are items priced?
Each item is priced on an individual basis. When you email a quote form we will figure the cost of material, labor and, if needed, shipping. This is a no obligation quote, and we will stand behind the quote for 15 days. We will give you as much information as possible during the offer.
- Do you do drawings?
Yes, we do. For this service, we require a US$20 payment, which will be applied to the cost of your custom piece.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Customized items ordered can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- What is your return&exchange policy?
Customized items ordered are Non-Returnable nor Non-Exchangeable. Manufacturer defects are directed to the manufacturer’s warranty.
